| You want to sell your property? We have the right marketing tool for that: A VIDEO WALK THROUGH YOUR PROPERTY ON DVD.
This contains a video-walk through all rooms of your house, photographic details of items of special interest and explaining subtitles of the scene (can be turned of in the DVD menu). This is an OPEN HOME visit from your armchair. In our audio visual time the DVD is easy viewing with background music and if requested with voice over comments. The DVD has navigation tools, such as chapters of each room for easy access, and chapter menus. Subtitles and voice over sound track can be turned off. For international marketing sound tracks and subtitles in different languishes can be added. For properties in Wanaka an additional Wanaka Area Video will be part of the DVD. This is a feature to explain the location for potential buyers not familiar with the area. Part of this DVD is also a Photo-Presentation (pdf) for use on your computer, for prints and print advertising, or for email (image files are stored in 3 different sizes) Each DVD comes individually labeled in a standard DVD Case with an individual cover picture of the property. Loop-Playback of the Video Walk Through for window presentation at the Real Estate Agent is worked in and accessible via the DVD's menu. |
